If you are referring to famous recent leaks then he is not guilty he can't do it alone.

The establishment is targeting him though, because he helped out.

How is Wikileaks different from everyone else publishing cables? Now that every major news agency is reporting on the content of the Diplomatic cables, should they all be arrested for treason? They are taking leaked material and publishing it, which is exactly what Wikileaks did.

Yes, but according to those who want to assassinate Julian Assange (I heard of one American politician or Foxnews idiot calling for a drone strike to get rid of him. I'd have been worried if I lived in London, which is where Assange was when that idiot was calling the drones in) he's NOT A JOURNALIST! Foxnews are journalists! Even though The Guardian published the cables, they're journalists, just commie-socialist America-hating scumbag enemies of privacy communist-journalists, so unfortunately Manchester is safe from American revenge-seeking drones for the time being....

Things would be a whole lot different if Assange or anyone from Wikileaks had stolen the classified information, but Manning gave it to them, and unless the US govt wants to take a massive crap all over freedom of the press, then they can't do anything about it, because the precedent that would set would be one that would move the US close to the way the media is controlled in China...

How will Ahamadinajad react to the Wikileaks info about what other Arab leaders said? Most of them said off with his head. Was that a good part to hear of the Wikileaks information?
